SOLD A rare complerte rig is this 1892 dated saddle ring French Berthiwr carbine with it's bayonet, , scabbard, cleaning rod, and original three round mag. Everything looks very good and no excuses are needed. The exterior metal is clean and armory blue, no rust seen, and the French walnut stock is excellent with no damage evident , and it's number mstches the receiver. This is the best one I've ever seen in high collector condition.Trigger guard and bolt also match the receiver number! The 8X50.5R bore is excellent , clean, shiny, strong rifling. Almost looks unissiued? Not easy to find one this clean, but has all the other bells, and whistles, , bayonet, scabbard, cleaniang rod, and three shot mag.This model was made without a handguard.and was never converted to five shy for 1916 .Dated 1895 antique status. When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting. To buy a gun from me you must get a direct email for me, with details, and shipping cost.
