The Browning Double Auto aka the Twelvette, was designed by Val Browning, son of John Moses Browning. Introduced in 1955 and discontinued about 1972.A very inovative shotgun with aluminum alloy receiver on some models and a fast lock time. Cost of production one of the factors of its demise.This specimen is an aluminum alloy receiver model.
