Description:
This is a nice example of a complete FN Browning M1922 rig from mid-war. The slide has some thinning and browning, more notably towards the muzzle. There's also a bit of finish loss on the front strap, but for the most part the gun has patina, not wear. WaA140 proofs on slide and frame. Nice wood grips. Mint bore. Total of two magazines, neither of which is waffen proofed. Rig includes a dropping style holster with strong internal inkstamp, as well as the name of the GI who captured it (most likely explanation) written inside.
