This is a super rare FN Model 1905 with factory nickel finish that was part of an Imperial Russian Cadet contract. It is marked as number 6030 beneath the factory applied Mosin Nagant markings. It's a rare and desirable pistol with about 92% of the original nickel finish remaining. Early variant without the slide safety lever. Factory original grips are in fantastic shape. The bore has good rifling but some freckling and frost throughout. The serial number is listed in Vanderlinden's second edition of FN Browning Pistols and will also be listed in the upcoming third edition. This listing also includes a free copy of the first edition of Vanderlinden's FN Browning Pistols book.
