Payment Types Accepted: Certified check or USPS Money Order Description: For your consideration is a WWII German Radom Vis Magazine marked with a nice & crisp E/189 Waffenamt on the magazine base. There is a second letter marking on the bottom of the spine that appears to be a “W”(note this marking is quite small & difficult to photograph). The E/189 magazines were made by a Steyr factory subcontractor in Warsaw. The magazine is in overall excellent condition but has some finish loss on the left housing. I would rate the finish on the magazine to be 90%. There is absolutely no rust, dings or dents & the spring is strong. Finish issues with the later war magazines are not uncommon. The phosphate finish was applied thinly & in a hurried manner. Magazines often left the factory with flaws. While the unmarked pinned base magazines are relatively common marked Radom magazines are rarer. Although the E/189 magazines are not as rare as the E/623 Steyr magazines they are difficult to find in this condition. A refinished E/189 recently sold for $195 & there is currently one listed on Legacy for $200 but it appears someone attempted to remove the Waffenamt. Shipping is $5 for USPS First Class. PayPal is preferred but I request that you send payment as a gift. Otherwise a check or USPS money order is preferred. Please feel free to ask any questions & reasonable offers will be considered!
