Collectible Ammo: One complete 500-round brick of Peters High Velocity .22 Short No. 2267.
One of two such bricks we have for sale, this one with a better condition outer box than the other.
Brass cases with the distinctive "Peters HV" headstamps.
The bullets remain as-new, not oxidized, and the wax lube is still soft, not hardened. The boxes have been individually examined. They're all nice and square, no dented corners and no signs of being opened. Three of the boxes have a bit of fraying on a lower corner from when they were originally packaged. See the photos. The end boxes are somewhat darkened, two on the top and two on the bottom panels, as seen in the photos. The boxes have been replaced in the brick in the same arrangement as I found them.
The outer box is good. There's no stains or tears or added marks. The right end flap shows some wear. It's separated for about 1/2" on the hinge at the rear but it's not in danger of falling off. The top panel is frayed on the right edge. Some of this could corrected with a dab of paper glue stick. The box will be tightly wrapped in paper to protect it during shipment.
