Here is an interesting old rifle that could use some tlc. Overall appearance is very nice- good looking wood with an occasional crack but generally solid. Lock has a good spring but the sear notch is missing so I can't say if the set triggers work or not. What little I can see the bore looks decent. "T Davidson & Co." on the lock and some writing I can't decipher on top of the barrel. Wood missing under the hammer. A talented atisan could fix a lot of the problems. I'm not that person so it's a fairly inexpensive piece of early American history. $50 shipping and insurance via priority mail direct to your door unless local law prohibits.
