Harpers Ferry 69Cal. musket in over all very good plus Cond. Stock is sound and solid with dings and bruses and original finish and two light cartouches on left flat. All steel parts are smooth with good finish and no pitting. Strong lock plate markings with 1851 date. Strong VP eagle head on breech and 1853 date on tang Smooth bore is very good. Butt plate is very goog with sharp US. Bayonet fits well and same Cond. as gun.Scabbard is Indian wars model .
