Chicago Palm pistol. Serial #10820 matching. Marked on one sideplate "CHICAGO FIRE ARMS CO., CHICAGO, ILL. and on the other side "THE PROTECTOR" with patent dates. .32 caliber extra short rimfire. Metal overall retaining .100% original nickel finish. The hard rubber plates and plunger are in very good condition, exhibiting slight handling wear, very good checkering, no cracks or chips. Mechanics are tight. These have always been desirable oddities. Truly a piece of Chicago history being manufactured only 20 some years after the Great Chicago Fire.
