Description:
We are offering for a sale a PRE-BAN Colt AR-15 A2 Government Carbine semi-automatic rifle chambered in .223 caliber. This is a GREEN LABEL rifle manufactured in the 1980’s. The gun comes with original box, manual, nylon sling and cleaning rods. The gun remains in excellent hardly used condition.
18” barrel is excellent and is marked “C MP 5.56 NATO 1/7”. The bore remains bright and shiny with crisp rifling. Factory sights. The Upper and Lower receivers show light handling wear. The lower is marked “AR-15 A2 GOV’T CARBINE”. No sear block. The shoulder stock is adjustable and has not been pinned. The gun comes with a pre-ban 30rd COLT magazine (not original to the rifle). Sling, cleaning kit and manual are excellent. The box show wear, writing but still contains Green Label.
