Rare Marlin Firearms Co marked 1881 loading tool and mold in 45-70. Traces of finish remain in protected areas. These exceptionally well made tools were designed by John M. Browing and feature a wad cutter, Berdan primer chisel, repriming station, seating chamber and bullet mold. Mold cavities are clean with good edges and ready for use. Serial number 3711 is stamped inside both handles, 45-70 designation is stamped on the left handle below the sprue plate. The tool is complete and functions smoothly. This is a fairly scarce piece for the serious loading tool collector.
