Since the Civil War, Smith and Wesson revolvers have been a staple of American heritage. Millions of Smith and Wesson revolvers have seen action everywhere, from law enforcement officers, military during World War II, to hunting expeditions worldwide, to the bedside of many protecting their homes. With such an extensive company history, it comes as no surprise that this K-22 is considered a masterpiece. Chambered in .22 Long Rifle, this revolver is a great choice for teaching the ins and outs of shooting, or use as a great small game gun. This revolver is in very good condition; there is finish wear on the edges of the metal and worn off of the ejector rod. There are marks on the frame near the grip on both sides of the revolver, as well as on the trigger guard. This K-22 was manufactured in 1956. Serial numbers for the cylinder and frame match. It comes with the original factory box, interesting original literature, and a cleaning rod. If you're looking to get someone into shooting, are a handgun collector, or just want a great performing revolver, you can't go wrong with this K-22 Masterpiece.
