Do you enjoy or aspire to shoot dangerous game? Do you enjoy big-bore cartridges? This is the rifle for you! This Merkel 140 is chambered .470 Nitro Express and packs a massive punch on game. This rifle has deeply blued barrels and a case colored receiver. The stock our forend on this rifle is a medium shade wood with a nice grain. The take-down tab on the forend has matching case color to the receiver. Express sights are installed for fast target acquisition and tracking. In addition to the fixed rear sight, a flip-up 50 and 75 yard sight is installed. Sling studs are installed for easy carriage and a rubber recoil pad is installed. Light scroll work is present around the receiver and trigger guard. The stock features a cheek piece for right-handed shooting ease. Rifle is used and has minor wear from handling, but it is in great condition and makes a gorgeous option for a classy hunter.
