Description:
Remington Rand S/N 935770, made in Feb. 1943 at the beginning of 2nd slide logo which started around 935000. Dulite (bluing over sandblasted) finish. Gun is in excellent condition and does not look like it has been handled or used much sinced it left RR's New York factory.
This particular pistol is shown in Clawson’s book “Colt .45 Service Pistol, Models of 1911 and 1911A1” 1993 edition. Ref. Fig 10-22.
