Description:
Remington Model 721 in 270 Caliber. I would not call this gun mint but Extremely Nice in a desireable caliber. Wood is nearly perfect and I would call it 99%+ Original Finish with slight marks below the sight on the left side of the forestock that cannot be picked up with the camera. Metal is 99% Original Finish with a couple of very minor discoloration marks on the barrel (scrubs) and a little mark on the floorplate and again, don't think the camera can pick them up. This gun has been well kept and properly taken care of. According to the serial number ( 1240xx ) and barrel codes ( PYW ) this gun was built just before or in 1950. Great bore. Believe this gun has been hunted sparingly and not shot very much. a Nice Specimen for the Remington Collector.
