Description:
***SOLD*** Remington Model 1100 12ga semi automatic shotgun, manufactured in the 1970's. This shotgun features the trusty 1100 action mechanism with press checkered walnut furniture and a rich blued finish, and ornate decorative engraving on either side of the receiver, as well as the bolt. The shotgun it fitted with a shorter barrel with express style rifle sights, making this shotgun ideal for slugs or 00 buck. The shotgun is in great working order with a smooth action and a nice bore, with only some stubborn wad fouling towards the muzzle. Some small areas of finish wear and old surface rust are present as shown in the photos. A very small chip is located on the toe of the butt plate. Please refer to the photos prior to purchase. A great shotgun for the field, ready for many years of service! 14" LOP, cyl. bore choke.
