Description:
This is an original WW2 Ithaca 1911A1 pistol made for the US military in 1945. This particular example is in excellent condition having retained about 91-93% of its original finish. Most of the wear is on the left side of the slide on the high edges and near the muzzle. The underside of the frame near the muzzle and the front end of the frame also have minor wear. There are a few very small spots of discoloration on the slide near the muzzle. Has the proper High Standard barrel. Comes with an "S" marked 1911A1 magazine. The bore is great - good rifling with minor frosting.
