Description:
This a very nice example of a Native American beaded holster. The holster fits a Colt Single Action revolver. It will accept both the 4 3/4 and 5 1/2 length barrels. I believe the 4 3/4 length fits the best. The holster appears to be a northern plains style judging from the bead work. The beadwork is done in lazy stitch which is typical of plains tribes. The holster is sinew sewn and is in excellent condition with no bead loss.. This makes a nice display item alone or with a Colt for a truly western theme.
