This 1916-dated Erfurt P-08 Luger in 9mm is a nice honest example that is all-matching except for the receiver axle and magazine, which is a period original but not numbered to this pistol. As you can see from the pictures, there is a great deal of original blue finish on the gun as well as a good percentage of original straw. The bore in this Luger is superb with sharp rifling and no pitting, erosion, or imperfections visible. The original grips are in good condition, free from any cracks or major damage. All of the controls are 100% functional and the pistol is in perfect working order. If you have been looking for a nice honest example of one of these famous pistols for your military weapons collection, this 1916 Erfurt would be an excellent choice. It has a great original look to it and excellent bore, but has enough finish wear/age that you could shoot it without feeling guilty.
