1949 WINCHESTER SOLID RIB MODEL 12 16GA. PUMP SHOTGUN WITH 28" BARREL. Serial number "1203XXX" and all matching. Barrel re-blued with crisp factory markings still and receiver still has original blue now fading at edges. 28" matted (solid rib) barrel choked MOD(now more along the lines of skeet as been opened a bit) and so says on barrel along with "2 3/4" so ready for modern ammo(although not steel). Original wood is excellent with modest signs of use and original Winchester buttplate. Excellent screws and tight lockup as well as no excessive play in action arm(forend). I spent all last dove season shooting the exact same gun and so much fun to hunt with a classic pump in 16ga.
