Description: Some really nice older Winchester lever action rifles have been coming into the shop lately. This one is a Winchester 1873 in .44–40 caliber with a 24 inch octagonal barrel. This rifle is 136 years old, made in 1884 according to the serial number. It is in very good to excellent condition for its age. Even the bore looks good as well as the wood. Comes with the original four piece cleaning rod that stows away in the butt stock. This particular rifle is considered an antique, therefore no FFL needed to purchase.
