Description:
Model 1861 Providence Tool Co. civil war musket in very good plus condition, maybe near fine. Gun is in good working order and 100% complete and original. Stock is very good with two cartouches on left flat. All metal parts are smooth with some original finish and some pitting in bolster area. Very good breech and lock plate markings with 1864 date. Original ramrod with threaded tip and good rifled bore. Awell above average model 1861 at much less then most dealers.
