BRILLIANT UNFIRED CIVIL WAR REMINGTON NEW MODEL 44 ARMY REVOLVER CA. 1863. 100% original and matching with nearly all the original blue finish. Has all the case colors on the hammer and all the original finish on the grips. In unfired condition with all the original blue in the chambers. Perfect screws. Left side of barrel and frame stamped with a small “NJ” for New Jersey which contracted with Remington for several thousand for the use of it’s New Jersey Volunteer Cavalry regiments during the Civil War. Perfect working order and mint bore. Prime example of the New Model Army.
