This is a near-mint Smith & Wesson K Frame revolver, also referred to as a pre-17. The serial dates the gun to 1952, and it's got 98-99% of the original blue remaining. There's hardly any wear on the revolver with no roll mark and a mint bore. There's just a single scratch on the forward face of the frame. Excellent grips that are correct for the gun but the numbered panel is mismatched. Nice case hardening on hammer and trigger. Smooth mechanics.
