Description:
I purchased this Beretta used with little or no information other than it had been owned by a local clays shooter. It was originally in a left-hand configuration with plain wood. I purchased a new righthanded stock set from Rich Cole (Cole Gunsmithing, Inc. a Beretta endorsed service center) and sent the gun to him to fit the stock and perform a strip, clean and lube on the action. He made two upgrade recommendations, both of which were performed. First was to install oversized pins in the trigger plate action and recut the sear engagements making it more robust, and the second, to install an oversized locking bolt and improved top lever spring. Additionally, the fore end iron was shimmed. Mechanically, this gun is as new! There are 2 Light Mod chokes installed and 4 additional Optima chokes included: IC, Mod, IMod, LFull
I have used this gun for one round of clays since the upgrades were performed and switched to a small gauge gun. The gun balances about 1” forward of the hing pin and comes to the eye naturally. Receipts and information from Cole Gunsmithing are provided.
Gun ships in new Negrini three lock case
