Hopkins & Allen Army Model, XL No. 8, Single Action Revolver, 44-40 caliber, 85% plus nickel, 3 3/4" barrel, Very good bore, In good working order, Hard Rubber checkered grips with a stress crack in each at the botton where the grip pin enters the grips. Serial No. 761, Laynard Ring. Flayderman's Guide states that there were only several hundred made. Quite a RARE revolver, last Patent Date is 1879. ANTIQUE MO plus $25.00 shipping
