Colt 1861 Navy .36 caliber revolver. Converted after the Civil War to cartridge. Gun has 95% case colors and 95% blue (all done at the time of conversion). Action works perfectly. Note: All numbers match except the backstrap which is a later replacement with no serial number. Grips are very good and fit the backstrap very well. Bore is perfect. The barrel address is faint due to polishing by the factory at the time of conversion. This is a very fine 1861 Navy cartridge conversion!
