Payment Types Accepted: checks, cashiers/bank check, money order Description: HARRINGTON AND RICHARDSON RARE 10” OCTAGON BARREL “HUNTER” MODEL, 7-SHOT, .22 RIM FIRE DOUBLE ACTION REVOLVER WITH FLAP HOLSTER.  According to the big and informative book H&R Arms Co. 1871-1986 by W. E. “Bill” Goforth, this small frame model was only made for about four years from 1926-1929. This is a superb example that retains nearly all the original deep blue with only a slight amount of muzzle wear. Even the bottom of the trigger guard and front strap retain excellent blue. It has the original oversize saw-handle checkered walnut grips that also are in excellent condition. The top strap is correctly marked “HUNTER MODEL” with the usual H&R markings on the left side of the barrel above the .22 Rim Fire caliber marking. Bore is bright and excellent, mech. Tight with tight lock up. The brown leather flap holster shows some wear and staining, but retains all the stitching and shows no splits or tears. Obviously, this holster was made for this limited production model. Hard to find in any condition, much less one as superb as this with ultra rare holster!
