Description:
Nagoya Type 99 7.7 Japanese caliber rifle. WWII Japanese rifle, series 5 by Nagoya arsenal. Has cleaning rod and rear sight with anti-aircraft wings. Very good chrome lined bore. Receiver has typical G.I. bring-back ground mum. Stock is refinished, probably by returning G.I. with a crack at front band. Metal has even dark typical Japanese arsenal finish. Action functions correctly. Two-screw front band with short rod. Bolt serial matches gun. A very good example of an early Type 99 with anti-aircraft sight.
