Complete byf 44 action, receiver markings intact, not pitted like most, with engraved commercial hinged floorplate and trigger guard (we can put your initials in the oval por), commercial bolt shroud, sporter bolt handle. Lyman receiver and custom front banded sights fitted, front ring not tapped. As an option, we can d&t the front ring and install a set of B&L (Kuharsky) mounts and a scope if desired POR. 24" mil barrel with mint bore is numbered to the action, has been turned down to remove steps, is now very light. Normally I would rebarrel but this one has a very crisp bore so that would be a waste. Metal has fresh rust blue. Needs a safety trigger eg Timney and stocking of course, there are plenty of options for that, eg. we can supply and fit a Sako-pattern inletted stock with stock bolt for $150 you finish. Fine start for an all round light weight big game rifle, skilled part done.
