Description:
Look Absolute Killer Antique Watch Chain with Mother of Pearl Horse Head Watch Fob. Gold-filled Victorian slider watch chain. This lovely antique Victorian double-strand watch chain with fob is yellow gold-filled with the chains being graduated to drape gracefully. The end bits and slide are delicately shaped and remain bright. It measures 13” long and the slide is 1/4” wide.
It is not marked but I believe it is gold filled. It is a very cool old chain and shows very little wear. It is adorned by a figural fob in the shape of a horse's head made of mother-of-pearl. The fob has been nicely carved - you can clearly see the horse's eye’s, mane and details on its mouth and nostrils. The fob measures 1 3/4 inches long.
