This tool features an integral screwdriver, three spanner sockets and an adjustable sliding powder measure. The tube shaped body or handle forms the container for a measured charge. The charge is regulated by the movement of the measuring rod through a range of notches engaged by the lever. The powder measure tube clearly shows hand forging flaws. It is guaranteed to be real and of the correct period.
