LONDON PISTOL COMPANY FACTORY ENGRAVED SILVER PLATED .31 CAL. PERCUSSION POCKET REVOLVER CA. 1860’S. Civil War era 5 shot with 6” octagon barrel made by Manhattan Fire Arms Company of Newark, New Jersey under the name “LONDON PISTOL COMPANY” stamped on the barrel. Scroll engraved frame and “STAGE COACH HOLDUP” engraved cylinder scene. Silver plated barrel and frame with case colored hammer and lever. Blued cylinder. Silver plating has tarnished to grey black but most of the finish remains. Cylinder with 50% thinning blue and the lever and hammer retain most of the color. 100% cylinder scene. Original walnut grips with all the original varnish. Working order and excellent bore and chambers. Will polish to bright if so desired. Extra nice and all factory original.
