This is an extremely interesting Colt Model 1862 Police with a full silver washed finish. This Colt bearing the serial number 2109 is in excellent, and very fine condition. The factory applied silver has a completely untouched and unaltered appearence showing nearly 95% remaining. The markings are all excellent. Mechanically the action functions excellent and as it should.The grip has an excellent dark appearence that appears to be original factory finish. The bore is exceptional and would rate a solid 9 to 9.5 out of 10. This was a highly prized piece by the original owner. I do believe this silver to be factory applied and original to this revolver. Shipping is $20 plus actual insurance.
