Description:
This Remington Model 700 AWR (American Wilderness Rifle) reaches across extreme distances with tack-driving accuracy. The 24 inch stainless steel barrel and receiver feature a matte-black Cerakote™ finish for exceptional corrosion resistance. The receiver, machined from solid-steel bar stock, teams up with pillar bedding within the stock for exceptional strength and consistent shot placement. Recessed bolt face fully encloses cartridge cases and the integral extractor is set in a groove inside the rim of the bolt face to fully support the cartridge head. Rugged Grayboe fiberglass and epoxy stock is decked out with a Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad. 5R rifling reduces fouling for easier cleaning and improved accuracy. Remington X-Mark Pro® externally adjustable trigger is factory set at 3.5 lbs. Two-position safety. This 700 is in excellent condition with only approximately 45 rounds fired.
