FINE CIVIL WAR MANHATTAN 4TH MODEL PERCUSSION NAVY REVOLVER. .36 caliber five shot with 6 ½” octagon barrel addressed “MANHATTAN FIREARMS CO. NEWARK, N.J./PATENTED MARCH 8, 1864”. All original and matching serial numbers in the 18,xxx range. 70% plus blue on barrel. Grey case hardening on frame and loading lever. Cylinder with 90% scene. Excellent screw heads. Brass straps with much original silver plating. The walnut grips have nearly all the original finish. Tight working order and excellent bore. Nice example in superior condition and with old collection provenance.
