Description:
Not sure what Charles had in mind here, this rifle was made as a 32-40 (for cordite load) on a large action with massively over-engineered barrels. Consequently, the recoil is like shooting a 22 Hornet. Gun is nicely engraved, barrels could use an external refinish, but it's all tight and right with strong bores. 3 leaf sight w platinum lines. 11 lbs, LOP 13 3/4" through a serrated hard rubber plate, drops 1 3/4" and 2.5". Wrist checkering has been poorly recut, or possibly a restock. A good candidate to have a second set of barrels made in 577 perhaps!
