This rifle is a modern reproduction of the iconic M1 Carbine US service rifle, and features a Plainfield receiver, and some USGI components. The stock is a rather nice walnut, with a blued finish on the receiver and barrel, and a parkerized finish on the other components, such as the Rock-Ola recoil plate, barrel band, and trigger assembly. The rifle is in great working order with some signs of regular use, with some finsih wear in areas of the stock, as shown. The action is smooth and the bore looks great.
