extrordinary POST 64 model 70 featherweight in caliber 270 Winchester Serial Number G1728652 stocked in fabulous English walnut with outlined fluer de lis checkering pattern at what looks to be 24 or 26 line per inch. The rifle has a 22" barrel and a length of pull at 13" to center of a Neidiner curved steel checkered butt plate . I don't have a scales but the rifle with out scope feels like about 5 1/2 pounds. This rifle was stocked by local stockmaker Ira Lauer of Dover, Pa.
