(some very large firearms (example Barrett .50 BMGs) may cost extra to ship) All firearms must be either shipped to a dealer in your state or picked up at our retail store in Saint Marys, PA. The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.
Payment Types Accepted: Orders placed over the phone with a Credit or Debit card will incur a 3% Fee. All Credit / Debit card payments must be billed to a US address. The Witness Elite Stock 3 features a competition frame with straight competition and polygonal rifling barrel, fully adjustable sight and checkered front/back strap. It also has an extended mag release and beaver tail, extended ambidextrous safety, integral accessory rail, extended magazine release and a full dust cover. Slightly longer than our Stock II but lighter in weight, and it comes built on a competition sized frame. A great pistol for hunting, target shooting or EDC as well, as it comes in a matte dark blue/black frame finish and dark wood finely checkered grips.
