Here we present a beautiful Colt Diamondback double action revolver, it is a .22 Long Rifle caliber, blued model with 4" barrel, clean bright bore and minimal wear for its age, 1981 production year.

 
According to ColtFever:
  • Production of the Diamondback was from 1966 to 1991.
  • The Diamondback was intended to be a premium quality adjustable sighted small framed revolver that would resemble the popular Python.
  • The new Diamondback was built on the Colt "D" frame as used for the Detective Special, Police Positive Special, etc.
  • It had a wide, long, grooved Target hammer, Target type walnut grips (which are not included with this item), Colt Accro adjustable sight, and a barrel that looked like a Python barrel and was in fact built on Python machinery.
On this fine revolver all original Colt markings are clear and visible. This firearm was imported from Canada and bears a very small laser import marking under the ejector rod, as pictured. See photos for more detail. Please feel free to contact us with any questions (comes with grips pictured).
