We normally ship USPS Priority Mail which should be 2-day ship. Shipping is actual cost with a minimum of $30.00 for pistols and $50.00 for rifles/shotguns to ship to most of the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska may require an extra fee. Shipping insurance is available upon request for an extra fee. We cannot do international sales. As of November 2019, we no longer ship guns to California and Hawaii.

The Colt 1911 is perhaps the most famous semi-automatic pistol ever made having a long and successful carrier in both military and civilian use. The 1911 and its cartridge, the famous .45 ACP, were designed by John Moses Browning to fulfill a requirement by the U.S. Army for a new service pistol which would also become the first semi-automatic to be officially adopted by the U.S. Army, replacing the M1909 revolver in .45 Colt in service. The 1911 proved to be one of the most reliable and durable semi-automatic pistols ever designed, successfully serving the U.S. Armed Forces through World War I, World War II, Korea, and Vietnam. The 1911 has long been popular in shooting circles as a match or target pistol. The Dan Wesson Heirloom is a limited series of 1911s with a special color-case hardened frame and an ornately engraved slide to give the pistol a very elegant appearance. The front sight is fitted with a brass bead and the rear sight a wide u-notch for easy sighting. Magazine capacity is 8 rounds. The color case hardening is very nice with a random color pattern of gold, grey, blue and purple. The 5-inch barrel is a Match barrel and is marked as such on the right side. The pistol should make an excellent shooter. The pistol is brand new in the box and includes two magazines.
