Tight, strong intercepting sear extractor gun with long straight stock, English hand (unusual on a French gun) and attractively engraved receiver. 27.5"x 2.5" nitro-proofed steel barrels with sunken rib. Bores R721/695 (M) wall 050 mirror; L 739/604 (IM) wall 040 with noticeable reamer marks. Stock metrics:LOP 14 3/4" through Manufrance horn plate, 1 1/4" and 2 1/4 drops with moderate cast off. Strong checkering, no cracks. Sling swivels fitted. Good barrel finish, action has turned mostly silver, not pitted. . 6.5 lbs.
