Description:
1911 A1 United States Property marked with the correct Inspector and proof marks (all pictured). Early 1943 Production. Gun has handling marks but nothing major (also all pictured). Not mint but Very High Condition and Original. I would rate it as mid 90's %. Pretty good for a 77 year old gun. Excellent Bore and All Proper. I have sold many of these through the years and this is one of the better specimans not in the original box and used. Been fired sparingly. The Barrel photos will verify that. Just a Good Honest Gun. I used some LSA oil on the marks that were on the slide and they disappeared. Should have done that when I first took the photos. Still some handling marks but no-where as prevelent as they were. Look at photos 14 & 15 and you will see if you had looked at it previously. Looks a lot better now. Same Price though. Priced to Sell. Thanks for Looking.
