Savage Model 99EG in 300 Savage.Built in 1950,this rifle is in excellent condition.It retains 98% of the original blue and wood finish.The bore is mint and the wood is sound and free of cracks or damage.This is the classic style 99 with the brass cartridge counter,lever safety,schanbel forend,cocking indicator,and steel buttplate.The lever retains 90% of the originalcase colors.The rifle has been properly drilled and tapped and a Leupold 2x7 vari-X II scope installed.This is a great all around big game rifle all set up and ready to hunt.C&R eligible.
