These were produced on a patent by David Williamson and produced by Moore and National, both of New York. The left side of the barrel is stamped “WILLIAMSON’S PATENT OCT. 2, 1866 NEW YORK” with an arrow design on the top of the barrel. The brass frame and triggerguard are nicely engraved with some checkering on the walnut grips.
