Description:
A real nice clean French MAS model 1949-56 rifle in 7.5x54mm caliber. It comes with the original 10 round detachable magazine and has an excellent bore and original 1962 recoil pad. I am not aware of any military combat arm that is issued a recoil pad. The wood is clean and has the minimum of scratches and dings. The parkerized finish is very good with the minimum of wear. It has a built in grenade launcher with sights and a muzzle break on the 20 inch barrel. This model has a safety on the front of the trigger guard that swings to the rear to engage. You rarely find a military rifle in this very good condition.
