Unique iteration of the ubiquitous Savage model 24 which were made in a wide variety of gauges and calibers (see our others listed here on Gunsinternational); this is the lst one of these short barreled (20") Camper modles we have had. They are uncomon and not often found.
This gun is in near or as new conditon. Easily teken in a back pack with provision in the butt stock to hold ammo (see pics)
Barrel selector is on the hammer. Would make a decent survival gun: the 22 for small game and the 20 ga with slugs for anything you might encounter. Top barrel grovved (factory) for a 22 type scope mount.
Length overall fully assembled is only approx 36"
