"Extremely Rare North & Cheney U.S. Martial Flintlock Pistol. Made in 1799. This is a second model pistol which is the majority of the production. This gun has a dark brown patina on the iron metal. The brass has a grayish patina. The grips are well made replacements. This gun was in a fire and has been restored. The grips were replaced and the metal cleaned of fire scale and then re-patinated. Very nice example of an original North & Cheney. These guns typically run $50,000, so this gun is about as affordable as one of these get.
