This is a beautiful custom Pre 64 Winchester model 70 caliber 270 Winchester serial # 282904. It has the standard 24" barrel stocked in exhibition Claro walnut. with a length of pull at 13 1/2" fitted with a checkered steel grip cap and butt plate by Neidener, checkered at 24Lines per inch with ribbons and fluer-d-lis. It has a Bausch & Lomb / Kahaursky one piece scope base. The bluing appears to be all original deep blue of early model 70's.Stock work done by local stock maker, Ira Lauer of Dover, Pa. Buyer pays shipping USPS Priority mail in specially made wooden crate to protect it from damage during trasnsit. Cost will be $90.00 which also includes insurance for the purchase price.
